Found this coffee shop on Google and came to try it out. I got a brown sugar milk au lait and my partner got a chocolate macchiato. Both tasted amazing. The brown sugar flavor with the milk au lait coupled together so nicely, I kept wanting more. The chocolate macchiato had a wonderful flavor that wasn’t too bitter and went down smoothly. You can really tell that the coffee shop owner is passionate about his work and takes his time with every drink he makes. 店內採光非常好,全仰賴店門就是一大片落地窗,完全賦予這間店最好的自然光。店面不大,適合一個人或兩個人為主的客群。菜單的手沖咖啡琳瑯滿目,聽聞負責人是有得過咖啡獎項的,但因為我今天目標在貝禮詩拿鐵,所以先跳過其他選項,順便點了個烤乳酪蛋糕。
點餐時聽到貓叫聲,轉身一看,店貓坐在後面的椅子上呼喊我,碧綠色的眼睛直直盯著你看,我禮貌性地跟他打了招呼,結果他轉身一躍就離開我的視線,好吧!我可能沒什麼貓緣,畢竟家裡養狗的。
點完餐回到座位,這位貓兒在"翻閱"我袋子裡的所有傢伙,我們才一面之緣,真是有夠沒有禮貌的。簡短的跟他好聲好氣說了幾句,他很識相的離開了。
貝禮詩拿鐵 我記得我第一次喝這種奶酒咖啡是在7年前,還在大學的時候,第一次喝不慣,當時還是喜歡甜甜的像瑪奇朵或摩卡那種咖啡,一直到後來,開始喝美式和黑咖啡之後才懂得品嚐。但因為鮮少嘗試這款,所以只做簡單點評。店家的貝禮詩拿鐵的濃度比例調整讓人舒服,一入口,咖啡的味道會先出來,在苦味快要充滿口腔前,奶酒的甜味會開始釋放,所以會讓口腔內的奶味和甜度提升。相對外面的貝禮詩系列,店家再給予奶酒的比例相對豪氣一些,缺點是,在後韻上,奶酒的味道會略重於咖啡,所以喜歡咖啡香氣多一些的人,可能會比較不能接受。
