Love this restaurant that I came back twice. This place sells mi gan (米干), a rice noodle that originates in Yunnan that is famous in Taoyuan. You’ll see many stores selling this noodle. I heard if you come later in the day there will be long queues. I ate here at 7am in the morning and the seats was almost full and many people were ordering takeaway orders too. I had the small bowl of 肉蛋米干 (hanyupinyin: rou4 dan4 mi3 gan1) which is pork and egg and both pork and egg were so soft. It’s 80ntd for the small bowl and 90ntd for the large one.
