只收現金,店在烏石漁港旁的巷子內(非主要的大馬路旁),門口有免費停車場(但只能停2台車, 依指標前行約50公尺處另有第二停車場約可停12台車), 生意很好, 沒訂位的可能要排約30分鐘以上,進門店內左邊是活海鮮水族箱(現在改在右邊了), 有各式活螃蟹/活九孔/活龍蝦, 右邊是普通海鮮冷藏櫃, 擺放各種現撈仔冰藏海魚供挑選。我們今天點了燙小卷$200(新鮮好吃),炸鰻魚$200(吃起來跟金山鴨肉ㄜ賣的炸鰻魚口感味道差不多, 但金山的吃起來有鰻魚刺,而這裡的切片好像較薄一點, 故可能料理前可將鰻魚刺先挑掉, 故沒吃到鰻魚刺, 小孩或老人吃起來會較安全,優點!),鯊魚煙$150(新鮮Q彈不鬆散),炒高麗菜$100, 櫻花蝦炒飯$100(飯粒分明, 不會太油, 味道不會太鹹), 黃雞魚煮薑絲清湯$460(點菜時自選, 魚眼飽滿清透=新鮮,過磅前報價$40/兩,再當場以電子磅秤過磅顯示數字單價$40,重量忘了,總價$463算$460,給客人看清楚,客人確認ok才煮下去), 柳澄汁$60,合計共$1270, 感覺經濟實惠, 新鮮好吃, 以後若再來蘭陽博物館 , 可放心再進來這家吃(以前到重要風景區, 看到景點門口附近的海鮮餐廳, 沒先打聽或google一下是不敢進去吃的,因怕店家盤子不夠用--拿客人當盤子!)。2021/12/31年終再次前來用餐, 在店門口遇一位老先生在指揮客人停車或建議店外排隊等候的客人改到二館用餐, 一聊才知是老老闆,很客氣的老人家。今天一樣吃鯊魚煙$180,燙小卷$200,炸鰻魚$200,炒高麗菜$100,櫻花蝦炒飯$100, 石狗公魚煮薑絲清湯$590, 新鮮好吃, 值得再來! 2023/2/26一早去清水地熱吃溫泉蛋和玉米, 中午到三星市場吃黑人肉羹, 下午到礁溪溫泉公園泡腳, 晚餐再度前來幸福36號吃海鮮, 今天一樣吃鯊魚煙$180,燙小卷$200(好像有變小條一點點, 是因季節變化剛好抓到較小條的嗎?待觀察),炸鰻魚$200(好像也有變小片一點點, 是刀工有變化嗎?待觀察),炒高麗菜$120,櫻花蝦炒飯$120, 紅秋姑魚煮薑絲清湯$790(點菜時過磅$55/兩*14兩多), 依然新鮮好吃, 值得再來!另, 今天再度巧遇老老闆, 才知原來上次2022/6/11來吃時遇到一館在裝潢, 他要我們轉到二館去吃是因他剛把一館的鄰宅買下打通擴大營業了, 現在裝潢好了, 桌間距較大較沒壓迫感, 整體感覺也較寬敞明亮而乾淨, 且桌數變多後似乎不用再排隊等候位置了。另, 擴店後新的男廁, 一掀門口布簾進去就是直接向下2階樓梯才是廁所的平地, 若客人沒注意或客人喝茫了就很可能會摔倒受傷,真的要注意!(建議老闆能設法改善這點, 否則日後恐易生糾紛!) 2023/12/2到礁溪溫泉公園泡腳後再度遶過來吃午餐, 點了一條赤鰭笛鯛魚$650(老闆報單價$35/兩,再當場過磅報總價,魚眼飽滿清透=新鮮)這次特別請店家只切成3段煮薑絲清湯且不加豆腐, 鮮甜好吃。 一個燙小卷$200(變色膜完整幾乎沒脫皮, 表示很新鮮,故吃起來有微脆口感, 應該是目前我所吃過不同店家的燙小卷這項中相對最新鮮的)。一個鯊魚煙$180(魚肚部位, Q嫩好吃)。一個炒溫泉空心菜$120, 好吃。一個櫻花蝦炒飯$120, 好吃。這次又遇到老老闆, 上前跟他閒聊2句, 得知他們正在原本自有空地的停車場搭建鋼骨的新館中,要再擴大營業,恭喜他了! 2024/2/3農曆年前再訪,照例點了一條薑絲清魚湯(忘了問魚名, 同上次請店家只切成頭中尾3段、不切片、不加豆腐, 以方便整段用湯匙挖魚肉給小孩吃), 一個燙小卷, 一個鯊魚煙, 一個炒水蓮, 一個櫻花蝦炒飯, 一個炸鰻魚, 飯後到海邊沙灘走一走看人玩衝浪。 2024/3/16再訪,在冰魚櫃點了一條紅魚--赤鰭笛鯛魚($35/兩, 磅秤歸零過磅總價$560, 感覺店家計價很公開透明不會敲盤子!可以放心吃,讚!)煮薑絲清湯(照例請店家只切成頭中尾3段、不加豆腐), 一個燙小卷$220(以前$200,發覺漲價了),一個炒高麗菜$120(以前$100,也漲價了), 一個櫻花蝦炒飯$140(以前$100漲為$120, 又漲價了,但漲幅也還好, 畢竟烏俄戰爭開始後油價漲, 小麥漲, 連帶引發黃小玉穀物漲, 飼料漲, 肉類漲, 這個是全球性的漲, 不只是台灣漲, 更不只是宜蘭頭城漲, 我家樓下原本$80-90的雞腿便當都漲到$120--130以上了), 一個鯊魚煙$180, 之前必點的炸鰻魚這次缺貨沒吃到,另外,老闆招待一個珠蔥炒蛋(上菜小姐端上來時沒先說招待, 我們告知沒點這道菜, 小姐端回去問了馬上又端回來說是老闆招待的,才知今天負責點菜的可能是第3代小老闆, 因最近來吃的這3次都是遇到他負責點菜的,感謝!) 來吃過這麼多次, 每次的感覺都是新鮮/好吃/價格合理/計價公開透明/服務也很客氣...難怪他們這家巷內的海鮮餐廳生意都比外面大馬路邊的那幾家海鮮餐廳好!值得再來! 2025/1/18再訪,發現之前興建中的新館(外牆標示名稱竟然不是:幸福36號, 而是:春蕊會館)已完成啟用營業,原想到新館吃看看, 進去一問是2024/10月落成啟用營業的(前2次2024/6/9, 2024/7/14來的時候都還沒完成), 但新館以固定菜色固定金額的桌菜(合菜)為主, 因我們人少合菜吃不完,想要採單點式的, 故店家建議仍到舊館, 所以停好車後再回頭走回舊館, 在冰魚櫃點了一條紅槽魚--銀鰭笛鯛魚($35/兩, 磅秤歸零過磅總價$570, 小老闆還提醒親眼看過磅/單價/總價)煮薑絲清湯(照例請店家只切成頭中尾3段、不加豆腐), 一個燙小卷$220,一個炒水蓮菜$160, 一個櫻花蝦炒飯$140, 一個鯊魚煙$180, 一個炸鰻魚$220, 共$1490。另,這次發現男廁所一進門掀開布簾向下2階的樓梯邊已有加裝不鏽鋼扶手了.....感覺較安全些了(2024/6/9, 2024/7/14這2次來的時候都還沒裝....希望不是因有人摔傷才裝的)。 2025/5/30中午再來吃午餐, 點了一條黑毛魚煮薑絲清湯, 請店員切成3段、不加豆腐(過磅報價$50/兩, 共$880, 魚眼清透飽滿, 新鮮好吃, 湯頭清甜, 讚!), 一個鯊魚煙$180(魚肚部位, 新鮮Q彈好吃),一個炸鰻魚$220(好吃), 一個櫻花蝦炒飯$140(好吃), 一個炒水蓮$160(火候掌握很好!不會過熟而變色軟爛,青脆好吃!), 結帳$1580。離開要走往停車場開車時、在新舊館間的路上遇到老老闆, 跟他打招呼閒聊一下,得知之前外面台2線(濱海路一段)大馬路旁的2館是租的, 後來在自地自建的新館--春蕊會館完成後, 2館已退租遷入新館, 新館--春蕊會館原只主接桌菜客--可能是遊覽車旅行團客為主(因2025/1/18來時,原想試吃新館看看, 但新館的店員告訴我們,若單點--尤其是鮮魚類、則建議去舊館較能親眼看到陳列於冷藏冰櫃內的魚種及新鮮程度 ), 但現在他已交代--新館不限只接桌菜客、也要接單點客,二邊的菜色/價格都一樣,...

This place deserves a four stars rating solely based on the merit of the fish served on the day of my visit in September 2020. The other dishes served that day were somewhat above average which did not detract from the high rating.

To earn four stars or above rating in my reviews, the ingredients in a dish must be fresh. Furthermore, the ingredients must be cooked right. While there's no single criteria of judging if cooking is right, a key yardstick for seafood rightness, especially fish and crustacean, is not to overcook thus preserving the texture and tenderness of the flesh.

While the fish, a 'Red Brown (赤棕)', was not the best that I had ever tasted, there is no doubt that it was fresh. Even though it was pan fried, which was harder to control wellness as opposed to steaming, the flesh was tender. Furthermore, there was no attempt to overpower the fish with too much seasoning.

It is a place I plan on revisiting from time to time when my mood calls...

Talking about fast service! After we’d ordered and washed our hands, some of the dishes were already served. This got to be the fastest restaurant we’ve ever seen.

All dishes were prepared in traditional way, nothing fancy, just fresh seafood. In addition to the crab, we tried its trademarked dishes of deep fried eel and onion omelette. I don’t normally eat eel, but had to try it since every table ordered one. The verdict: it was pretty tasty and would eat it again.

The clams were pretty skinny, perhaps they’ve been in the tank a bit to long. That was the only subpar dish on this day.

Talking about fast service! After we’d ordered and washed our hands, some of the dishes were already served. This got to be the fastest restaurant we’ve ever seen. All dishes were prepared in traditional way, nothing fancy, just fresh seafood. In addition to the crab, we tried its trademarked dishes of deep fried eel and onion omelette. I don’t normally eat eel, but had to try it since every table ordered one. The verdict: it was pretty tasty and would eat it again. The clams were pretty skinny, perhaps they’ve been in the tank a bit to long. That was the only subpar dish on this day. No credit cards accepted here.

Hmmmmm freshest seafood on this side of yilan county. Next to the famous surf spot in north east Taiwan. CP value or the value of the food is really awesome. Get more bang for your buck. Compare to Taipei city prices. It’s probably 2/3 of the price. Some of the must order dishes if you like eel. They have fried eel with traditional Taiwanese fermented red herb sauce. And fried fish eyes sounds gross but taste good. I Chinese it’s translate into dragon balls collect them and make a wish. . Plus friendly service and staff. Clean bath rooms. A plus in Taiwan.
