🦀 松葉蟹羅宋濃湯 + 虎皮麵包 湯底是偏濃郁的番茄風味,酸中帶甜,再加上奶油點綴,喝起來溫潤滑順,裡面還吃得到一小塊松葉蟹🦀 搭配偏硬的虎皮麵包剛剛好,沾湯後會變軟,也更入味~
🐟 石狗公 × 金沙咖哩醬 選用深海魚「石狗公」,肉質紮實、不是細嫩型但非常鮮美!主廚特製的金沙咖哩醬(鹹蛋黃+日式咖哩)鹹香濃郁又不搶味,讓魚的鮮甜更明顯。 附上的烤蘿蔔也別具巧思,不只解膩,還增添了香氣層次。還可以把咖哩醬拿來沾麵包吃,超讚!
🐚 義大利米型麵 × 南非鮑魚 這道組合相當新奇,米型麵的口感介於飯與麵之間,咬下去有麵條的Q彈感,又保有米飯的顆粒感。搭配鮑魚內臟、杏鮑菇與香菇拌炒,香氣十足! 南非鮑魚煎得恰到好處,咬下去超嫩又多汁,比起一般鮑魚更有海味,熟度控制得非常棒👏
🦞 台灣野生活龍蝦 這道的調味最特別!使用剝皮辣椒、洋蔥與大蒜搭配,香氣重但不辛辣,既有中式的熱炒感,也保有龍蝦本身的海味鮮甜,吃完印象深刻!
🥗 柳橙味噌沙拉 前面菜色多屬濃味系,這道沙拉剛好轉換節奏。柳橙味噌醬清爽又開胃,適時清新味蕾~🍊
🥩 宮崎和牛 雖然份量不多只有四塊,但每塊都油花分布均勻、軟嫩香甜、油亮亮的表面下藏著極致的肉香,入口即化!不過吃太多可能稍油膩,份量剛剛好👌
🍚 醬香炒飯 有鍋巴感的炒飯香氣超迷人~醬油香撲鼻、粒粒分明,口味偏重卻不死鹹,明明已經飽了還是能吃得下最後一口!
🍮 舒芙蕾 壓軸登場的舒芙蕾一上桌就香氣四溢,外層膨膨的金黃蓬鬆,內部柔軟濕潤,口感介於蛋糕與布丁之間,溫熱中帶點甜香,讓整場鐵板饗宴有了暖呼呼的收尾!非常加分的一道!
