石井屋日本料理 彰化店 — Restaurant in Zhanghua City

The food, the service, and the atmosphere here are top-notch. A colleague treated me and a friend to lunch here. I wish that I had taken pictures, but had forgotten because I was hungry and the food was so delicious. The reason I wanted to take pictures was because the meals were presented in such a beautiful way. The staff were extremely friendly and professional, and the service quality was beyond expectations. The sashimi was very fresh, and you could see the sashimi bar had so many different options. Had I been there by myself, I would have indulged in many more dishes. There are a variety of different fixed menus, all of which are very satisfying. I chose the cheapest option because I was being treated by my friend, but I was full after finishing. It is also possible to share dishes if you order different options from the set menu. I would definitely come back here again! It is highly recommended...

High quality sashimi and sushi. Food was beautifully presented. The black cod was delicious and was a generous sized portion. Service was attentive but not overbearing. Nice dark interior and wood aesthetic. On the higher end of the dining budget, but this is expected with most decent Japanese...

餐點四顆星，服務一顆星，吃飯過程沒有很愉快 1.當天有訂位，因有事會晚半小時到，於是去電詢問是否可延後時間入場，服務人員只回一個字：嗯。 而且掛電話前是我向服務人員說謝謝，對方沒回應。

2.入座時服務人員邊夾熱毛巾給我們，邊跟旁邊同事聊天，在討論這個月要休哪幾天假，這是在服務客人時應該要討論的事情嗎？

3.服務人員告知餐廳有四種價位的套餐，先給我們兩種價位的菜單看，後續也沒介紹另外兩種價位為何，也許另外兩種是無菜單料理我不確定，但就是要客人主動詢問才會知道，而不會主動介紹。

4.吃到後面覺得不對，怎麼少了兩道烤魚，四個人的套餐只有兩盤魚，青魽烤魚下巴沒有上，詢問服務人員，服務員說是因為當款魚已售完，所以升等成剛才的魚，但我們看到的那道魚是烤鮭魚，就算青魽售完要換成升等的魚也不會是鮭魚吧？ 上菜的時候服務員也說1200元的魚要請我們等一下，等到後來卻發現在收餐具，怎麼魚還沒有上就上甜點了。 事後有補給我們，也許魚真的不夠，但我覺得如果照實跟客戶說明我比較願意接受。

5.餐點新鮮好吃，可以感受到用心，聚餐氣氛也很愉快，原本還在討論之後尾牙可以來這邊吃，但上述地方沒有很滿意，導致有點遺憾，畢竟我們平均一個人都消費破千，也聽說這家店很不錯想帶父母來吃看看，我想如果加強...
