FLOSSY法西 — Restaurant in Zhongshan District

Food is really good and definitely worth the price, from the main dish to the soup and salad. They really deserve 4 stars but we waited for more than an hour (arrived at 7:30, dish served at 8:50) for all our dishes to be served (arriving in random intervals). That. And they forgot to serve our drinks and we had to have them to-go. I would’ve rated a 3 stars from this experience, but they grossly misinformed (or lied, can’t be sure) about when our dishes would be served; took another 30+ minutes instead of the estimated 15.

This review reflects my experience of this particular visit, I’m sure they can do a much better job by 1) informing customers in advance the realistic wait times (pre-emptive establishment of customer expectations) and 2) reducing max customer capacity to ensure quality of dining experience. One of the best restaurants I’ve known in Taiwan! Compared to Europe it is a really cheap price, also you’ll get the Michelin star restaurant quality of food! Great food. Less expensive with more menu options than similar style restaurants in the area (this translates to high CP value in Taiwan). We ordered chicken ratatouille, pork chop, sea bass, and truffle gnocchi dishes in the $300-500 range (there are some items at a much higher price, so I can't speak on those).
