My family has been a fan of Thai Town ever since they were in Hsinchu and were coming twice a month neither in Chupie or Downtown in Big City and Sogo Dept Store.The restaurant in Chupie is quite bigger. The food is wonderful as always. The grilled pork with Thai dip, shrimp vermicelli pot, northern Thai style spicy beef, shrimp pancake, stir-fried greens with shrimp paste, Thai style fried rice noodles are some of the best and opt to order. Also the Deep fried seabass with tamarind & chilies, Chicken in spicy coconut sauce are also our favorites at Thai Town Cuisine. The food itself is so delicious and flavorful 全部都很美味. ⭐️My google reviews: 3.8 stars . 全台最大泰國料理第一品牌， 股票還有上市， 第一次寫泰式料理，就用最general的這家當作基準吧， 最近一個禮拜2度來吃， 取餐的時候夭壽歐，門口排滿滿的吳伯毅和傅邦達， 群聚聚起來， 太誇張了，疫情根本沒有影響到它的生意阿， 難怪外帶還要滿1000塊才有85折， 相當低 秋 . 🔴泰式椰汁炒雞肉餐盒， 第2張圖，170元， 相較於日本咖哩跟印度咖哩， 其實我個人最喜歡的是泰國咖哩， 主要是因為裡面加了椰奶， 讓微辣的咖哩口味又更溫潤滑順，還略帶奶香， 其中泰式咖哩，又分成紅咖哩、綠咖哩、黃咖哩等幾大類， 這道用的是紅咖哩， 以去籽紅辣椒為基底，再加入很多阿薩布魯的辛香料製成， 阿實際用的是什麼紅辣椒品種，以及加的是什麼辛香料， 就是各家的祕方了， 最後丟入雞胸肉過火熱炒， 這道還不錯吃 . 🔴泰式香辣雞腿餐盒， 第3張圖，200元， 用的無骨雞腿排， 口味就還行 . 十大明星菜色Top 3， 🔴綠咖哩椰汁雞👍， 第4張圖，280元， 綠咖哩改以青辣椒為基底來加入其它的香料， 另外還會加入泰國羅勒， 通常會比紅咖哩還辣， 但是這家的話是還好， 綠辣椒跟香茅香氣清新誘人，比紅咖哩還香， 除此之外瓦城還另外加入了大量的長豆， 脆脆的增添口感， 這道滿好吃 . 🔴辣炒豬肉， 第5張圖，280元， 就是打拋豬拉， 也是泰國經典料理， 以打拋葉、辛香料與豬肉拌炒而成， 在台灣不易買到打拋葉， 一般多用風味相似的九層塔取代， 這家用豬絞肉與泰國辣椒、小番茄、九層塔熱炒， 絞肉顆粒較大，保留口感， 吃起來微酸辣，口味也不錯 . 📌總結， 大餐飲公司的SOP都比較嚴謹， 所以餐點品質比較不會飄， 阿咖哩外帶口味應該也不會跟內用差太多， 不像燒肉(高級的那種)，外帶真的差滿多， 今天這幾道咖哩還有打拋豬本來就很下飯了， 但是由於菜越涼，舌頭對鹹度的感受就會越強， 所以吃起來又覺得更鹹， 我的媽呀白飯狂嗑，飯吃到不夠， 理想上外帶應該預設鹽巴要少放一點比較好， 此外，飯也會放比較久變比較乾硬， 外帶飯也應該要煮濕潤一點比較好， 今天兩餐，2個人平均吃465元， 其實瓦城價位偏高， 不過吃餐盒會便宜不少 . 另外補充一下一些其它餐廳的外帶資訊， 孫東寶外帶打9折， 大埔鐵板燒買青菜，滿滿一個便當盒只要50元， 對於我們這種外食族想要吃青菜， 實在是相當地划算阿 . 更多精準中立的美食評論在 IG:...
