大股 熟成燒肉專門 竹北店 — Restaurant in Zhubei City

It’s Taiwanese tradition to have a BBQ on Mid Autumn Festival. So most of BBQ restaurants are full when I called to make a reservation. I’m lucky to locate this one (probably the last reservation spot) on the day (10/1) afternoon. More importantly, the unique feature fir this restaurant is that they offer aging beef BBQ instead of regular beef.

We were surprised to find out the restaurant also offers many Japanese liquors through vending machines stacking up against the wall.

Another great feature is that the waiter/waitress cooked for you and gave you great advice on what dipping sauces to be mingled with different meat. The layout of each meat is decorated with very zen-ish vegetables & flowers to make each plate very artistic. Thus you can have 3 D experience (eye, nose & mouth) instead of just eating by the mouth. The taste of aging beef is so fabulous and delicious. We are somewhat regret to order the set menu because other meats (pork, duck and scallops) tasted so so after we had the yummy aging beef. 價位超高，但品質對得起這個價位，值得回訪！

優點：高品質、套餐內品項皆可更換品項、專人桌邊服務。 缺點：價格高、少數服務生訓練不足、甜點選擇不多。

建議必吃餐點：A5日本和牛極致大腹肉、超厚切銷魂牛舌、1213橫隔膜。

給初訪顧客建議：第一次用餐可選擇套餐，盡量與店員多討論菜單，並將一些不一定要吃的品項換成其他有興趣的餐點。

今天兩個人來大股用餐，首先來了一位新來的店員幫忙介紹菜單，過程中極為隨便（可能是因為對菜單不熟，所以介紹方式是，這邊是雞、這邊是牛、這邊是....之類的就結束了他的菜單介紹），後續告知我們如果點套餐會附兩碗白飯，可以選擇只點一碗白飯，另外一碗不要，詢問他那另外一碗不要的白飯可以幹嘛？他只回 就是你可以只吃一碗白飯。於是我又追問，我點一碗白飯，退掉一碗白飯，是退掉的那碗要打包還是可以換什麼？這位店員又回...
