Honestly cannot understand how this place can be rated so highly. Can only imagine that they paid for a whole bunch of 5 star reviews. Food is ok, nothing special; certainly not worth 5 stars and certainly not worth the prices charged. Quantity not great, not terrible, but again not worth 5 stars. Service is not exceptional, staff are not rude, but quite emotionless, nowhere near 5 stars. Atmosphere is noisy, poorly lit, with bland and dates decor. Then, you're forced into a set meal. When you ask if you can change specific items and pay the upgrade: 沒有辦法 Another restaurant that forces me to eat things I don't want to. 4.9 from 20k reviews; this is probably the most disproportionately rated restaurant I've ever eaten...

For the price, I actually think it's very competitive. They even have a wide selection of salad, drink, and dessert bar.

I am very impressed with the restaurant, it's a big restaurant and is always full even on weekdays. I think I know why people like to visit here in Shinchu.

They have some dishes that require you to order from the staff for free.

The meat quality is acceptable, and the quantity is not bad either. They make sure to clean our table and BBQ when needed without us asking.

This place is what you call high class, it has the mood the service and most important you feel welcome and treated with respect by the staff. Decoration a darker theme to create a comfort feeling for the customers the music not so loud just gently in the background , the restaurant lay out pretty good seating wide spread out , the quality of the food is good , so to sum up 9/10for the food service 10/10 ,100% will come back again the price I would say decent from the free buffet area and the quality of food...
