My Home Steak — Restaurant in Zhubei City

0 ... 0 ... 0 ...0 ... 0 ... 0 ... 0 ... This place is not recommended at all! I found it unsanitary. French fries and chicken nuggets had awful taste, seems like they are reckoned and the oil is rancid perhaps. The first meat I wanted to order was sold out. Many children unsupervised by parents putting their faces into the buffet foods (fruit, salad, desserts etc). My requested well done meat came oozing...

I was quite surprised with the 420 dollar steak (I think it was sirloin), was done to perfection. Made me reminiscent of meat back home. Steak restaurants rarely do that for me in Taiwan and this place is that exception. The buffet items were also quite nice and a decent variety...

這間已經開很久了但感覺越來越難吃了😢

價格越來越高是無法避免的但自助吧的東西卻越來越爛；（

🦴熟食有四種- 1炒高麗菜-根本沒吃因為看起來就不好吃 2蝦子混豬肉片（？-不知道有沒有看錯但一樣看起來就不好吃，打開的時候甚至沒有蝦子的香味 3豆乾+什麼忘記了-感覺是兩個冷盤拼在一起的感覺，豆乾味道普通口感小硬 4滷鴨血豆腐-夾了兩塊鴨血，超鹹🥺

🥕冷盤區 海蜇皮-很軟很軟吃起來怪怪的，吃一口就沒吃了 鴨賞-算裡面比較能吃的 豬頭皮-普普通通

🍤炸物 雞塊-硬 卡哩卡哩-不太喜歡在自助吧看到餅乾類的東西感覺很敷衍，旁邊還放糖果◉‿◉

🥣湯 玉米濃湯-普通但沒有蓋子感覺有點堪憂

🍽甜點區 有幾款蛋糕但是看起來沒有很乾淨不知道放了多久，咖啡凍是沒看過的牌子

🥩牛排-菲力 點了七分熟但是感覺像全熟，沒什麼牛肉的味道😔

以上是有吃的東西，菜色很少有很多感覺也是很廉價又不好吃的東西，品質不太優。 🍴餐具 盤子-應該是使用太久有不少的盤子是泛黃的，建議定期把變色太多的盤子換新的 湯匙叉子-有些沒洗得很乾淨喔～

⛱桌面 每一桌放一罐海鹽，它有點難灑，而且桌面只有一罐調味料有點單調，如果可以放個衛生紙夾或是什麼單子之類的可以讓桌面更美觀～

⛲️環境 因為開很久了有些舊座位區蠻乾淨的，但自助吧區都待加強，特別是湯、醬區，建議加好開的蓋子，甜點櫃位置不太好，放在門口會降低別人走過去拿的慾望，然後甜點櫃裡的蛋糕屑屑太多～

收拾餐具那區（廚房旁）建議移至客人看不到的地方，不然拿東西經過都看得到別人使用過的餐具食慾大減！ 寫那麼多就是希望這個擁有童年回憶的牛排店不要倒，這些建議也希望能被看到～ 希望有一天一顆⭐️可以變...
