Based on my last visit, it looks like they have lower their service standard On 9th March dinner time, one of the staffs who served the meat was just throwing the plate to our table, not only once (might be accidentally), but twice They also not helping the customers to add the soup anymore, need to take it by ourselves It also looks like the choice of noodles and vegetables was not as many as it used to Based on the high price, the experience we had was not worth it I used to enjoy visiting Mala Hot Pot branches around Taiwan, and even always recommend it to my friends So, hope that they will evaluate their service...

I think it's alright if we got 1-2 people eating here. But with 5-6 people, we have a hard time cooking and eating in the required time.
