If you want a cut of meat, you have to go to the counter to pick. The butcher slices it on the spot and he impressively cuts the exact amount of ounces you want to buy to the .01. There are specials on their blackboard and the rest of the dishes are on the menu which makes things confusing. Hope they consider consolidating things so the guests don't have to jump around 3 places.

In addition, the steak comes with two sides which they didn't tell us ahead of time. If we knew, we wouldn't have spent time looking at other appetizer options or even worse, ordering them.

The meat is good but I would expect a little more for the price. The sides are delicious. There is a complimentary appetizer as well. A good wine selection.

The space is small for a steakhouse but they space the tables well. The interior from the entrance all the way to the bathroom is super cute.

The server, Alice, was very friendly and patient. She even came out to help us take pictures in front of the store when she noticed we were doing photos after...

Excellent recommendations from the proprietors. Filled up on soup, salad, and sides but the spotlight was on the m9 wagyu. Was recommended to be cooked to 5 on the taiwanese scale. That equals a medium rare/medium doneness. I prefer my steaks more rare, but the fat on the wagyu has gotta melt for full effect. It was prepared very well with a nice crust. The accompanying sauce seemed really rich at first, but as I continued to eat the steak, I couldn't get enough of the sauce. I enjoyed this meal...

⭐️My google reviews: 3.1 stars . 應該有超過10年沒有吃肉舖拉, 不是菜市場豬肉榮那種賣五花肉的豬肉攤歐, 是那種專賣高級肉,然後提供基本代煎服務的肉舖, 由於省去了肉以外的其它餐點, 也不用請廚藝特別高超或花俏的廚師, 加上不提供高水準服務和沒有裝潢成本, 所以通常會比較便宜, 是喜歡大口吃高檔肉又不想花大錢, 也懶得在家開伙的肉食主義者的好去處 . 今天來吃的這家是發源自新竹的肉舖, 現在有開到新北和台南, 相較於傳統肉舖, 已經改良成跟外面西餐廳差不多, 有沙菈、開胃菜、前菜、湯品、主食、甜點、飲料等供你選擇, 我個人是覺得滿方便的, 畢竟單吃肉會覺得有點乾, 阿只有肉品的部分還是保留讓顧客自己在冰櫃挑, 以及切自己想要的大小這樣,現點現切, 不過這家的肉品選擇還滿少的, 牛肉只有4種可選 . 週日晚上來,客人不多, 🔴日本國產A5和牛, 圖2 & 3, 部位紐約客,1g 7.6元, 產地居然是寫神戶, 默默的就在這種地方遇到了老饕食材上的神戶和牛, 不知道是真的假的, 因為A5不能吃太多會膩, 所以2人點了195g (約6.88oz),1482元, 做5分熟 . 牛排搭配的都是威士忌醬, 和牛煎的技術沒有像TUTTO BELLO或是T+T那麼好, 外表沒有特別酥, 不過這也無可厚非,畢竟只是代客煎肉, A5和牛自帶Buff,不要搞砸都滿好吃, 不過我吃起來也感覺不出來跟其它產地的A5有什麼差別, 這真的是神戶的嗎~@@? . 🔴頂級美國安格斯牛, 圖4, 部位肋眼,1g 4.4元, 2個人點了445g (約15.7oz),1958元, 做3分熟,不帶血水, 部位有含到肋眼上蓋, 牛肉味厚重,肉質軟嫩 . 招待的 🔴咖哩豬肉餃, 圖6, 還不錯吃ㄝ, 沒在菜單上, 應該是寫在黑板上的今日菜色 . 不知道牛排都有附烤蔬菜, 所以另外點的配菜,應該可以不用點的 🔴雙倍時蔬, 🔴手工肝醬花椰菜, 圖7,都是80元, 還行 . 值得注意的是, 通常這種肉舖店都會有師傅手滑的問題, 就是要能精準切出一塊指定g數的牛肉, 真的沒有這麼簡單, 需要有相當經驗的師傅才有辦法做到, 像是我今天A5和牛說大概要切6oz (約170g), 結果切出來變195g, 誤差15%, 這也就算了,勉勉強強可以接受, 但是肋眼說大概要切12oz (約340g), 結果一切出來變445g, 誤差31%… 要多付462元加1成, 這個就有點誇張了 . 牛肉價目表上都是寫300g開始接受點切, 不過像A5和牛這種高級肉這麼貴,加上吃太多會很痛苦, 不大合理, 不過我說我要點6oz時店員好像也沒說什麼就是了, 另外本來店員要給我一塊已經切好上面有很大沱脂肪的和牛, 讓我想起之前在某間燒肉店點A5和牛, 切出來的肉超過一半都是純肥油, 這麼貴的肉還給我這樣搞,令我相當不爽, 所以我就跟店員要求要另外切一塊 . 📌總結, MTK有特約,會送甜點, 此外這間店很常招待客人, 除了咖哩豬肉餃,後來也招待我們飲料, 這應該是他Google評分會比較高的原因之一, 不過去Google評分也會送甜點,有洗評分嫌疑, 今天💰2個人吃3960元, 因為師傅手滑的有點嚴重,切太大塊, 總價比較貴,也吃到太撐, 跟其它肉舖店相比,肉的單價沒有比較便宜, 再加上手滑的話,這間CP值就沒有這麼好 . 更多精準中立的美食評論在 IG:...
