Excellent beef noodle soup. The broth had good depth of flavor and a slow burn heat the creeps up on you. The beef is a gigantic chunk of tender and flaky strands of meat that pulls apart easily yet still has just enough chew. I went with the wide noodles which are extra chewy. The other choice is the standard thin linguinine like noodles. I switch it up occasionally. We ordered some cold braised dishes and they were delicious as well. Solid beef noodle soup....

As delicious as usual but with less waiting time now. Nevertheless, it's still not easy to find a parking space near the restaurant.

The Zhubei branch is much more spacious than their original headquarter located in Zhudong. I think the one in Zhubei is more likely their "flagship...

Appetizing fried rib noodles with rich taste. Tender ribs topped with chopped coriander to increase aroma. Side with stewed taro to enhance richness of the soup and boiled bean sprouts to add sense of refreshing. Highly recommended to have a try with the traditional noodles!
