The bar is alright. It is frequented by many foreigners - volunteers and workers living in Tanzania. You see familiar faces as a foreigner. The ratio of local men to local women is about 10 men to every 1 woman. I wonder why? Maybe it is all the female foreign volunteers that come. I really hated my waitress last night as she tried to pull a dirty trick on me - she wouldn't give me my change back for 3 hours, kept saying "later". I even saw her with all her cash notes, and she gave change back to a local guy, and I asked for my change and she again said later. I asked her 3-4 times. At the end when I was leaving and I insisted on getting my change, she asked me if I really needed my change. I said yes. Then she said she only has x amount, so I said fine, keep the rest.
