Kili Crane lodge Arusha — Hotel in Arusha

This hotel used to be my home away from home, but not anymore for sure. This last visit was so upsetting. The first room they gave me smeled like sewage. I turned it down because clearly, they had sewage problems and the room is ruined.

I asked for another room, but they gave that one away. I asked for another, getting more upset as we went, also another disgusting room with plumbing issues, broken toilet and no running water.

To another room, and another room and another. Broken everything, black mold, just gross. I felt like throwing up. By then it was so late. I accepted a room feeling so tired and disgusted.

When I woke up, someone was trying to enter my room. This happened before there by a male manager. I was so upset.

Then I tried to take a shower, almost burned up my skin because only scalding hot water and no cold water. Then someone tried to come in my room again.

I opened my door and a master key was still in my door. I took it and went to the front desk.

I was so scared and grossed out and upset by then. I was told that I should just leave if I don't like it.

I was going to stay 4 to 5 weeks. But I left instead.

What a shame to let that...

We really appreciate for the service which we had to this property the staff are so amazing dinner, lunch and breakfast was excellent. Location is good we walked to Masai Market and reaching to City center is very simple|We recommend to all who are visiting to Arusha this place should be their first choice when you are in the room you can get the full views of Mount Meru and city...

Situated in a very strategic location for anyone to find and and move around.👍 Clean rooms and big beds. Hot water, I just loved my baths a lot coz of the hot water.😜 The food was also on point.👍 Their staff were friendly.🙏 Free WI-FI Reasonable price.
