The BBQ pork is better than average for Dar and their grilled/fried bananas are probably the tastiest I've had, but Rudy's farm continues to hold the crown for the best pork in town. I was completely put off by the exceedingly slow service at Joe Ribs. It takes 10 - 15 minutes to get a simple drink (consistently happened over the 4 drinks I ordered), took an hour and 15 minutes to get one order of ribs, took ten minutes to get my change back. For a place that's this popular, I wonder how they've managed to survive this long offering such slow service. They need to have better management, hire more staff, and have pre-filled batches ready for customers. Waiting for 75 minutes for food...
