The plaza itself has a lot to offer but there is room for a lot of improvements. The parking can be a nightmare most the time and the ticketing machine at the entrance almost never works. This is time consuming for those of us who want to just slide in and quickly slide out.
The grocery store needs to improve its inventory control system because every time I really need something they are out of it. To make matters worse I brought pasta before that had bugs in it. You have to check the dates and smell of everything. No exaggeration, every time I go into this store I find expired products on the shelf and items that are a few days near expiration. They need to get a database system that allows them to mark these shelf items down at least 6 months before expiry!

Read moreYou can get a variety of items at the plaza. Everything is available under one roof. It's very convenient to come with a list and buy what you want for home or personal use.
My only regret is that its also quite tempting to deviate from the shopping list and buy other things you don't really need because they're just available on the shelves. Also, the plaza does have a tendency to stock items for limited periods only. Once you're used to a particular brand, by the time you're ready to buy your next batch, you'll never find the same item again.
I've also seen how they stock up lots of shampoos but few or no conditioners at all. You have all kinds of shampoos but no accompanying conditioner.
