The best food in Mwanza I had here. They have conference facilities large enough for groups. They have mics and speakers and a projector in their conference too. The toilets are very clean and sanitary with everything working in good order.
I never slept here but I was showed the rooms and I loved them. They are Super clean, the hotel has great view of the lake. As of April 2024 their prices range from 100,000 Tanzanian Shillings (Equivalent to 43 dollars or less) and higher.
When I was there, the hotel had some good fragrances going on, hope it might be the same when you decide to visit.
There is a parking lot and am not sure it's supposed to be paid for or it's available for patrons and the guest. Am thinking it might be free but kindly confirm at the reception.
The hotel is located at the city where you will have access to shops and plenty of travel options such as "Boda Boda" Motorcycle and "Bajaji" A three legged Motorcycle and regular taxis. You can also use the "Bolt" App to navigate around the city. If you are a foreiner you can buy a local number for as little as 1,000 Tsh to 5,000 Tsh for all the services providers You can choose between Airtel, Tigo, Vodacom & Halotel. They are the five mosy biggest networks. With these numbers you can buy data, SMS and Data at a good rate to help you navigate the hotel better.
The hotel may also have a people with disability entrance and theres an elevator in the hotel that you can also use.
The hotel and the inside of the hotel is safe, theres a security guard on the premises all the time.
There's also a rooftop restaurant with a great view of the city...
Read moreThis compact, but adequate, room has the best lighting of any hotel I've had the pleasure of staying in. The room has good, quiet air-conditioning, and ours, being a corner room, had windows on two sides with a door that opened onto a small balcony. There were tea and coffee making facilities, and two complimentary bottles of water each day. Toiletries were also replenished daily.||The bed was good, very comfortable, not too firm, and the large pillows were nice and soft. Again, the bathroom was small but adequate, with a shower. However, there was no shower curtain, so the bathroom floor gets a good soaking, which is a personal dislike. The shower had hot water, but I found the mixer tap difficult to control to get an even temperature; thankfully, in the end, I managed to master the controls.||The rooftop bar is great playing my type of music loud but not unbearably so. There's a great Karaoke night on Saturday., run by a man who is a very good singer. The bar food is good as is the service. ||The majority of the staff are very friendly and helpful. Every afternoon when we returned the reception staff gave us a small glass of chilled roselle juice, which was very refreshing after a tiring day. We did enjoy our stay here and extended it from two to five nights.||Dislikes||None really except for a couple of small points:-||The balcony floor gets wet and can be a bit slippery, caused by the condensation from the outside air-conditioning unit.||The room, although stated as having a lake view on Booking.com, did not have a lake view, but did have a good city view.||The breakfast could be a little more...
