Took the family to Swenson's in Mega Bangna (Bangkok) earlier and the service by far the worse ive had in the 15 years that i have been visiting Swenson's. She seemed to be in a bad mood right from the start bought the menus and water. We sat there for 25-30 minutes waiting for her to come back and take the order. The place was not busy. In the end the shift manager had to tell her to come and take the order. She was grumpy and appeared p*ssed off. The order then came quite quickly but we had it delivered by a different waitress. We were given on cutlery so i had to go and ask for it. A couple sat down behind us as our ice-cream was being delivered and they got menu's, water and cutlery straight away and their order was taken in less than 5 minutes due to the restaurant not being to busy. When i paid i complained to the manager who did apologise which i guess she had to as she was the one who had told the waitress to serve us otherwise i dont know how long we would have had to wait. I certainly will not be going back to that store and would also suggest others to do the same as no-one deserves that kinda service. I also suggest she leaves her problems at...

Then we got the ice cream we ordered, but the melon tasted weird. So I called an employee over and told her to try it. When the manager brought a fork, the employee who was cutting the fruit said something, so she put the fork back in the kitchen and took the ice cream. Then he threw it away without even trying it and said she would make a new one. The employee who was cutting the melon clearly knew it was spoiled, so why did she give it to the customers to eat? While she didn't let her co-worker eat it! We didn't eat the melon in the ice cream she remade for us either. It was...
Read moreBishop is located on 2nd floor, near IKEA, right next to McDonald’s. Most employees are hard-working and have nice smile. When I observed, problems come from the man who needs to get overloaded and get frozen. Customers end up having to wait for quite a long time seeing others who came after get their ice cream served before them. The manager needs to understand that what needs to be frozen is icecream, not herself. Then this shop will be even better. I would give five stars for the rest...
