This Western-style restaurant presents a compelling option for those craving hearty, generously portioned meals in a casual yet inviting atmosphere. The menu features a well-rounded selection of classic Western fare, with certain dishes standing out more than others. The cheeseburger, for instance, is a pleasant surprise—despite the establishment not being a specialized burger joint, it delivers an impressive combination of flavors, juiciness, and well-balanced textures, making it a noteworthy choice for burger enthusiasts.
The chicken wings, on the other hand, fall somewhat short of expectations. While they are by no means subpar, they lack the distinctive seasoning, crispiness, or bold flavor profile that would make them a true standout. They are serviceable but ultimately do not leave a lasting impression in the way that other offerings might.
Service is professional and sufficiently attentive, ensuring that diners’ needs are met without excessive delay. However, it does not exude an air of exceptional hospitality or refinement, remaining efficient but unremarkable. Those expecting a more polished or upscale level of service may find it somewhat underwhelming, but for a casual dining establishment, it remains perfectly adequate.
Overall, this restaurant serves as a reliable destination for satisfying Western cuisine within Mega Bangna. While certain dishes shine more than others, the combination of generous portions, solid execution, and reasonable service makes it a worthwhile choice for those seeking familiar comfort food in a...
Read moreCheese platter/starter I ordered contained wrong items as what I ordered and after telling the waitress they even didn’t bother to offer the correct order. Also no bread refill, only 2 slim slices bread for 3 cheese and 2 meat items.
Main dish: salmon steak no roast aromas, looked like poached and inside over cooked and dry. Mashed potato was a joke, just a smashed boiled potato without any butter or seasoning served nearly cold on the plate and it doesn't help to drench the plate with oil from the tomato salsa. Only thing comes on point was the green asparagus, kitchen staff need clear training in western dishes and seasoning.
Service is terrible and it took ages to order and even longer to receive my order. Restaurant seems either understaffed or staff needs to be trained again to manage orders, food delivery to tables and billing more efficient and also to clean up proper after guests left.
Hygiene: floor was dirty below my table with food from guests before, table was sticky.
Overall it was my last visit here as there are similar restaurant types in that mall area as well.

Read moreI had the chance to try a variety of dishes, including the chicken caesar salad, mushroom soup, mozzarella & spinach ravioli, porchini risotto, seabass with lemon sauce, and pepperoni & sausage pinsa. While the flavors were promising, most dishes were overly salty, which was a bit disappointing.
The service was friendly, but being seated outside meant there was only one staff member taking care of the outdoor tables. This resulted in slower service and less attention to my table. The ravioli, in particular, took quite some time to arrive, and I eventually had to pack some dishes for takeaway.
That said, the environment was lovely—sitting outdoors in early January was pleasant, with just the right temperature. The atmosphere was relaxed and welcoming, and I really appreciated that my dogs were allowed to stay on a leash instead of being confined to a cart. This small but thoughtful touch made the experience special.
I will definitely be back because the ambiance and pet-friendly policy make it worth another visit. I just hope the seasoning of the food improves next time to match the rest of...
