It’s so extreme that I am writing this review as I am in the middle of this buffet. That’s how frustrating this is. The shop is barely half occupied and my son and I have came for a 699++ buffet as we do not take beef.
Food is acceptable if your standards are not too high. You won’t get 5 star rating food but in all fairness it’s not all that bad.
The frustrating this is the service. No one cares and no one bothers. From the Manager to the Supervisor to the staff in general.
Expect them to walk past your table when it’s full of empty plates and they would just ignore it and walk away. When my son asked them to clear it, a glare from the worker was shot back. The same thing happened with the next staff and the next staff. And yes!!! We tested it on a few different staffs
To make things worst, when they deliver your order to the table, seeing the mass amount of empty plates, you would expect them to clear it off. Wrong again!!! They used the plates from the food we ordered, just to push everything inwards, then they left the food we ordered as well as the empty plates, and just walked away…
There is more than enough staffs in the shop just hanging around talking. To the extent that it’s a 3 man team to clear and clean and set a used table.
My honest opinion, I am a paying customer and I think I deserve better. This particular branch at Mega Bangna stinks in their service!!! Never again am I...
Read moreTenjo offers a decent buffet experience, but if you’re diving into the 399-baht set with dreams of juicy, melt-in-your-mouth beef, you might want to adjust those expectations 🥩😬. The beef quality in this set leaned more toward dry and chewy than tender and succulent. It’s the kind of beef that makes you work for every bite, which is not exactly what you hope for in a buffet setting.
The rest of the buffet selection was pretty standard, with a mix of hot dishes and a few side items to fill the gaps. Service was decent, and the staff kept things moving smoothly, but the beef was the main event—and it just didn’t deliver. If you’re all about the meats, you might want to consider upgrading to a higher tier or exploring other buffet options with a bit more beefy bliss.
Overall, Tenjo’s 399 buffet set is okay for a casual meal, but if beef is your main attraction, you might end up feeling a bit underwhelmed. It’s a three-star experience that hits the spot if you’re hungry, but won’t exactly make your...
Read moreFood was great but some employees were rude AF. I was there eating dinner with my friends and we aren't Thai but, we can understand the Thai language. It's NOT okay for an employees to talk rude to customers, especially when the employee is literally 4 feet away from us, the woman was eavesdropping on our conversation then she goes and gets 3 of her other friends. All of a sudden there's a group of female staff standing close to our table .
We heard them say this in thai " Why do they have to speak English , are they trying to pretend to be foreigners ?" " They are thai why can't they just speak thai , are they speaking in english to show off ?? "

I will not be recommending anyone to go to this rude Japanese restaurant . We were told that the restaurant closes at 10:00 we can order until 9:30
But then they kept on bugging us to finish eating faster at 9:00 and again at 9:15 I have never seen disgusting hospitality.... in a restaurant.
We...
