Wisdom International Buffet Mega Bang Na — Restaurant in Bang Kaeo Town Municipality

Having visited Wisdom buffet several times in the past with generally positive experiences, my recent return visit after some time away was unfortunately extremely disappointing, as it seems the restaurant's standards have significantly declined. We encountered numerous issues, including shockingly finding rotten vegetables served on a plate, the sushi featuring very thin slices of fish, and a major inconsistency with the boat noodles where out of 6 bowls ordered, only one tasted good while two were excessively sour. Furthermore, the roasted duck from the special menu was tough, horrible, and very chewy, while the river prawns were clearly not fresh, being mushy and having a bad smell; other items like the regular duck and burger were also noticeably overcooked. The only redeeming dish was the Peking duck, which remained decent, likely because we wrapped it ourselves, helping the skin stay crispy. Overall, this experience was a stark contrast to previous visits, and if Wisdom doesn't urgently address these serious quality control issues with freshness, consistency, and cooking, I believe newer, better-managed buffet restaurants will surely surpass it and...

I really enjoyed the international buffet here Everything was delicious,the truffle soup was rich and flavorful, the fresh salmon sashimi was super fresh, and the jellyfish with sesame oil was perfectly seasoned. The desserts and drinks were also excellent every dish was truly satisfying.

However, there was one small issue. All drinks were served by one staff member, and everyone had to go to the counter to ask her for a drink. Unfortunately, she wasn’t very friendly, which made the experience slightly uncomfortable.

If changing staff isn’t possible, I would kindly suggest adding a self-service drink station so guests can refill their own drinks easily.

Overall, the food quality, variety, and taste were fantastic — definitely worth visiting again! 🍽️✨

We had to wait over 30 minutes and there were 12 tables empty inside because of extremely slow service of cleaning and setting up tables. We ordered food and about 25% of the items we ordered never arrived and the a lot of the food was cold when it arrived to the table. No one picked up dirty dishes from the table and every table around us was frustrated so everyone began putting dishes on the island behind our table as you can see from the picture. For 1,299++ baht a buffet, I expected better service since we are paying a lot in service charge, we paid 584.50 baht and we had to clean the table ourselves to make space for food to arrive. The management here really needs to improve the service and hire more staff if they want to earn repeat business. The food is good, but poor service like this will deter me from...
