Ordered teriyaki chicken soup and traditional Japanese noodle soup. Was pretty good, but the taste is aimed more towards a Thai palate, not so much Japanese. I would comment that the soup (liquid) is OK, generally mild and not different between different pools. For ramen, the thickness runs on the wide side, 2 to 2.5 mm range (standard is typically 1.5 mm). The meat was appropriately tender.

Pluses that made us a five star rating: even though crowded, wait time was 10 minutes or less, service was attentive and brisk, and non-sweetened beverages are readily available. Price is...

It’s not an authentic Japanese ramen but I assume a Thai adapted ramen. Prices are cheap but the food is really not good. The tonkotsu ramen with char siu is basically a nice version of Nisshin instant noodles with bad Cantonese style char siu…way better places to...
