Never met a club with such poor customer service, no wonder the reviews are so bad! Spent $50 000 at this club last Saturday for my birthday. I asked to book this Friday since my friend is spinning. Club says ok and sends me confirmation to book with bank details, Suddenly club tells me to walk in. Cannot book. Despite my close buddy of 15 years being headliner. I begin to start wondering why is it so hard to book a table. Manager called âMaster Mindâ tells me I am not her customer. Despite being referred to her by the dj of the club. Then she says she pays and hires the dj. OH DEAR. Sheâs on a power trip. Forget it. I wonât step foot into this place that hires incompetent managers and staffs. I am just a customer. I do not care if I know the DJs or not. Arrogant club, AVOID AT ALL COSTS. They can continue to ignore me, harass me and treat the customers like we owe them a living. Or even better still, say we are not customers after we spend $50000 Thai baht. Itâs their loss. Who are we after all? Just a customer. The source of...
Read moreSpaceplus Bangkok feels like a club that's past its prime. Once a favorite among the younger crowd, itâs now been quietly overtaken by newer, livelier spots in the city. We dropped by on a Friday night, expecting a decent crowdâbut the place was nearly empty.
We had VIP seats, which were comfortable, but the vibe was noticeably lacking. By late night, only three VIP zones were filled. The music was good, props to the DJ for delivering solid tracks, but with so little energy in the room, it just couldnât lift the mood. And due to the lack of life, there were more staff than guests at timesâwhich made things a little awkward. It felt like every time we tried to enjoy ourselves, we had half the wait staff watching us, probably just as bored as we were.
If you're looking for a proper party atmosphere, Spaceplus isnât it anymore. For a much more vibrant and current scene, youâre better off heading to Muin Bangkok, where the energy actually...
Read moreif i could give this place 0 stars, i would. the only redeeming factor was that the music was good - shoutout to DJ Phatcha. my group ordered drinks and everything was fine, until a server gave us the check without us even asking. i put my card down and after a while, the server came back and claimed that their card reader was down and that we needed to pay in cash. my group doesnât carry that much cash on us for safety reasons. several other workers came by to âassistâ and one of them told us to go to a certain ATM to withdraw money or give them USD so they could convert it themselves. we felt extremely uncomfortable and we sat there until about 30 mins later, the manager or supervisor finally let us leave after partially paying the bill with all of the Baht we had on us. we were the only patrons there that night, not sure if that is why they chose to try this on us. definitely was a fishy...
