สั่งพิซซ่าผ่าน Line Man ตอนรับก่อนกดสั่ง ตัวร้านยังขึ้นโชว์ว่า เปิดอยู่ พอสั่งเสร็จเข้าสู่หน้าจอว่ากำลังเตรียมทำอาหารประมาณ 16 นาที ทีนี้สักพัก ตัวร้านขึ้นว่า ปิด แต่ออเดอร์เราค้างอยู่ โทรไปก็มีแต่ให้ฝากข้อความ ติดต่อใครที่ร้านไม่ได้ โทรไปสำนักงานใหญ่ก็ไม่มีคนรับ จะกดยกเลิกเองก็ไม่ได้ ต้องเสียค่าธรรมเนียม เสียเวลาติดต่อ Call Center Line Man นานมาก

ถ้าหากไม่อยากรับออเดอร์ลูกค้ารบกวนกดยกเลิกได้ค่ะ ปุ่มน่าจะมี หรือ ไม่ก็โทรมาแจ้งลูกค้า หรือให้ลูกค้าสามารถติดต่อได้สะดวก ไม่ใช่ลอยแพลูกค้าว่าจะไปทางไหนดี เอายังไงดี โทรไปก็ไม่ติด รบกวนปรับปรุงเรื่องนี้ด่วน ๆ ด้วยค่ะ

I ordered pizza through Line Man. Before placing the order, the store was still shown as open. After completing the order, the screen indicated that the food was being prepared, estimated to take about 16 minutes. Then, after a while, the store status changed to closed, but my order was still pending. When I called the store, I couldn’t reach anyone. I also tried calling the head office, but no one answered. I couldn’t cancel the order myself without incurring a fee and spent a lot of time contacting Line Man's call center.

If you don’t want to accept customer orders, please cancel the order. There should be a button for this, or you could call the customer to inform them, or make it easier for customers to contact you. Please address this...

The original location near Sukhumvhit 103 Alley 5 has closed. As of 2021, the current listed location is now at One Udomsuk proper. This is why some of the pictures, directions, and reviews seem to conflict.

Not too bad for what it is. Definitely have had worse pizzas. The size is definitely more snack size and the dough can be a bit too thick, but the ingredients are tasty. Yes the wait is long but it looked like they manage a lot of other orders. Would try again for sure but this is definitely not an...
