ข้าว(ใน)ซอย-Khao(Nai)Soi — Restaurant in Chiang Mai Province

Let me be clear, Khao Soi is the best food on the planet and I've had at least a dozen different versions in Chiang Mai. Each one is a little different, some spicier, some sweeter, some creamier, some thinner, some with thick noodles, some thin noodles... you get the idea. I love them all. But this place somehow became my new favorite. I seem to end up here every couple of days. The Khao Soi is amazing, the place itself on a quiet street and oddly, never too crowded. And yes, the people who run create a kind, welcoming environment. I'm sure I'll be back there a few...

วันนี้อยากกิน ข้าวซอย ขึ้นมา เลยลองขับรถตามเมพหาร้านดังๆ ดู ปรากฏว่า…เต็มหมด 😅 นักท่องเที่ยวยึดทุกโต๊ะจนไม่เหลือที่ให้เรา เลยพยายามขับรถวนหาร้านข้าวซอยทั่วๆ ไปแบบไม่ได้คาดหวังอะไรนัก แค่ขอได้กินก็พอ

แล้วก็มาเจอร้านเล็กๆ แห่งหนึ่ง ชื่อเก๋ๆ ว่า “ร้านข้าว(ในซอย)” ตอนแรกขับรถเลยไปแล้วด้วยซ้ำ เพราะเห็นว่ามัน โล่งมากกก เที่ยงครึ่งแต่ไม่มีคนนั่งเลย มีแค่โต๊ะเดียวในร้าน เงียบจนแอบลังเล…แต่สุดท้ายก็ตัดสินใจลองดู

🍜 เมนูที่สั่ง ข้าวซอยเนื้อน่องลาย (79 บาท) อันนี้คือดีมากกกกก ให้ 9/10 ไปเลย เนื้อน่องลายนุ่ม ไม่เหนียว มีกลิ่นเนื้อหอมๆ ชัดเจน น้ำแกงข้าวซอยข้นกำลังดี รสชาติกลมกล่อมกินเพลิน

ข้าวซอยเนื้อผัดแห้ง (89 บาท) อันนี้ให้ 7/10 ส่วนตัวไม่ค่อยถูกใจเท่าไหร่ เส้นกับเนื้อที่นำมาผัดมีเอ็นแทรกนิดหน่อย ทำให้เนื้อเคี้ยวนาน ไม่เหนียวแต่ไม่นุ่ม กินแล้วไม่ค่อยลื่นคอเท่าไหร่

✅ สรุป ถึงจะเป็นร้านเล็กๆ คนไม่พลุกพล่าน แต่รสชาติข้าวซอยถือว่าดีงาม โดยเฉพาะข้าวซอยน้ำเนื้อ คือห้ามพลาด เลยครับ ใครเบื่อร้านดังๆ ที่แน่นจนต้องรอ ลองแวะมาร้านนี้ดู อาจจะกลายเป็นอีกหนึ่ง ร้านข้าวซอยอันซีน...
