Keane Coffee and Guest House. — Restaurant in Chiang Mai Province

If you’re looking for a cozy-ish spot to sip coffee while escaping the crowds, Keane Coffee & Guest House is a hidden gem near Jing Jai Market. With its vintage and hipster decor, stepping inside feels like entering a warm, inviting home. The ambiance is relaxing with nice music in the background, although the lighting leans a bit too warm for our taste.

The seating is well thought out, with options for both work and chilling. We enjoyed their light and medium roast iced lattes, both of which were made well. They also have a good selection of non-caffeinated drinks, making it a great choice for everyone. They also have non-dairy milk options with additional 20 Bahts. The drinks are priced between 60-85 Bahts which is not bad for the air conditioned cafe.

On a second visit, we tried the Thai iced tea, but it was a bit too creamy for our liking, despite its popularity. The butter cake was tasty but on the small side for the price.

Overall, it’s a lovely cafe with friendly owners and a chill vibe, perfect for getting some work done or just unwinding with good music.

I’m so proud of myself for finding such a cozy and minimalist space in Chiang Mai. I even feel a little envious to share this vibe with others!
