We stayed in the close by Aba Village for 5 weeks and therefore tried quite some dishes and we have to say that everything we tried had an amazing taste and a beautiful appearance at a very affordable price! Even non-thai cousine was very authentic and delicious. The owner, his familie (and kids) and the staff are very hospitable and friendly people who made sure that we felt very welcomed and satisfied. We loved that everytime we ate there, we received a small traditional thai dessert which was homemade by the owner and his daughter. A recent find in Chiang Mai for me, and a very good one. I have already returned, and will continue to do so.

The restaurant itself is spacious with inside and outside dining. It is VERY clean and well kept. The owner/manager is very friendly and helpful. When I mentioned that the coffee was not hot enough (a too-common a fault in many restaurants), he immediately brought me a replacement.

I have had two meals there, and one - a khao soi gai - was excellent. Prices are low.

The restaurant is well air-conditioned, even a little too much in the cool season, but very welcome.
