Ai Tomoe สาขา 2 — Restaurant in Chiang Mai Province

I should have seen the previous feedback before I decided to get here with a friend. Food is close to be Japanese with the buffet cost of 599/799. But, to be honest, nothing here can be compared to the quality of all all-you-can-eat Japanese restaurants I have visited in Thailand, or at least in Chiang Mai. All you need after you first order is WAIT, WAIT, and again, WAIT. The restaurant should never be called a buffet restaurant as it failed to deliver the orders to our table quickly enough. One customer even walked to the bar and asked, "can I just pay the amount I eat coz I need to leave now?' [Exactly what he said] Food - sashimi is ok bit was served with no wasabi [need to request for it] / salmon head soup soy saurce -- really this is impossible what the food is sugfested by its name and this dish should be cooked in a big pot which customers can take to serve themselves / other things (2-3) were still being cooked while I composed this (guess another hour of WAITING).

All in all, do go to somewhere else if you wish to enjoy real...

I went to this restaurant with my family on October 8, 2024, and we chose the 549+ price per person for the all-you-can-eat Japanese food.

We were there for 1.5 hours, but we were not satisfied with the food or their service.

The food was okay, but the fried salmon skin was terrible—impossible to chew, as hard as wood, and as sticky as cardboard.

The restaurant was not very hygienic. But acceptable.

The most unacceptable part was that the food came out extremely slowly and was not what we had ordered.

We decided to pay à la carte for what we had eaten and left. My kids were so hungry and upset that we had to go to another...

The Buffet Price for four persons was 2400 THB. It was quite expensive for that what we get to eat. We stand about 2 hours and not get the Food we orderd. Glases for drink got delivered after 40 minutes we started. The Service is. not low ... it is werse. The preparation of the Food is slow, so it this Restaurant is notting for people who are hungry. All together: I´m disappointed and can´t recommend this Restaurant. If I could, I would give 0 Stars ......
