This restaurant ticked all the boxes: Organic. Ambiance. Food quality. Generous portions. Plating. Price. Tastes. Variety. Friendly service. We had the northern Thai salad, huge portion, topped with fried pork rinds, links of spicy Chiang Mai sausage, beetroot with a tasty Thai salad dressing. We ordered a flask of strawberry basil infused water, with the option of zero sugar. Our mains were Fried pork with red rice, and Tom yum spaghetti with crab meat and prawns topped with ikura. The fried pork slices were tender, laying on a bed of we'll seasoned pea shoots (dou miao). The red rice is cooked just nice, fluffy, came with a shot glass of spicy fish sauce. The spaghetti had ample shreds of crab meat and lemongrass in every bite. We also ordered a tasty and thick mushroom soup cooked without adding milk and cream. Service was good, the server came to check on how's our food. We never had to wait long for the food to arrive, less than 15 min from ordering. The menu was thick, not only was it in English, but there were explanations on the farming practices and a huge variety of dishes. We will definitely be back on our next trip to Chiang Mai.

UPDATE MAY 2019 - 3 STARS We visited again after returning to Chiang Mai after only eating here in January 2019 (no review), which was great. However on this occasion we were left disappointed and our expectations weren't met from previous visits. This time they got my meal wrong twice and then served it a third time with raw salmon which didn't go down too well. Trying to get someone's attention was also pretty disappointing as we were completely ignored. Finally my partner got someone's attention and they took the meal away and cooked the salmon returning 15 minutes later then the sides were cold 😤 not good or professional from all the time we have been visiting this place. Only one word to describe to problem, "complacency" when you get a name for yourself things either go uphill or downhill in this case, a real shame since they went from pretty dam amazing to pretty disappointing. REVIEW JUNE 2018 -5 STARS Probably the best salad eating experience you will ever have with a whole menu to temp all of the billions of taste buds in you mouth leaving your mouth watering for more and more and more We've been coming here every time we are back in Chiang mai and no other place comes close to the food, ingredients, customer service and the ambiance the partners want to project. Even down to the small details of sauces and salsas with each complimenting each meal, nice. Well done for promoting organic eating in Thailand and for giving your customers the best of everything you have. Their menu is very diverse catering for vegans, and vegetarians and meat eaters with a huge selection of fresh drinks too giving added value to your eating experience. Recommendation Fully recommended and if your not in Chiang mai go anyway just to eat delicious organic healthy food served from the heart. I am lowering again my review. Service terrible. Had to wait 15 minutes to pay bill for food that came very very late after preordering. Used to be a great place. Not anymore. I am lowering my review (editing) because every single time I come one or two dishes we order come very very late. Hopefully the owners see this and fix the problem. Today (Oct 5 2023) my wife ate her entire two dishes before I received mine. The table of three next to us who came 5 minutes at we is receive and ate their food before I receive mine. Every single time they are late. What a shame because the food is wonderful. This is a systematic management problem. Below is old review…….., I have been here 10 times. The food is great. But every single time of the ten times, one person gets a their food and the others wait and wait and wait. The first person finishes before the 2nd even starts. There is a gap of 15 minutes. See pics below as the latest example. We come out to eat together for fun but it’s ruined by us constantly waiting for someone’s food to come. I will happily change this to 5 star but am tired of the poor timing of the food delivery. Update: I went back again and food arrived on time. Upped their rating from 1 to 3 stars do to excellent food.

This place was so impressive and tasty it made my jaw drop each time a plate was delivered to our table, in addition to each time I took a bite! The veggies taste very fresh and each meal we ordered was delicious. The portions are HUGE--I cannot wrap my head around how they are possibly making a profit here... -We built our own salad for 50 baht, it turned out to be the largest plate, could not even finish it (my photos are not doing justice for how ENORMOUS the portions are, trust me, they are huge) -The shrimp and crab spring rolls were delicious and I would definitely order them again. -We also ordered some of their juices which were buy 2 get 1 free--"skin", "digestion", and "blood". They recommended the blood one to us, but the digestion one was the best in my opinion, with the tart passionfruit flavor and lots of crunchy passionfruit seeds inside! -The only thing I was not a huge fan of was the poke bowl, hard pass on that, it was more pricey compared to their own meals and there was barely any fish in them, and the restaurant was out of avocado.

I don’t usually write reviews, since I don’t really care, but this time I had to go out of my way to write one. The atmosphere and staff were great, but the food was terrible. I ordered the thyme chicken dish and was disappointed. Lets start with the chicken first, hella bland, almost no seasoning and it was tough and chewy covered in white plaster sauce. I’m 90% sure they cooked the chicken while it was frozen. The side dishes, which were avocado, beans, olives, tomato, pumpkins, cherry tomatoes, and a few more, were completely unseasoned. It was so bland. Had to add salt myself which is not as tasty as cooking it with salt. The eggyolk had grey rim which is unacceptable for a restaurant of this standard. Im shocked that a restaurant like this cant cook a piece of chicken breast properly. Hope they can do a better job next time.
