I know that place for 10 years, from back when I lived in CM, I come back every couple of years and always come here. Great food, beautifully served. Beautiful wooden place, acoustic live music (at least on Friday but probably every night (?)). Good food with plenty of choices. English menu. Being difficult with northern Thai food I'd only point out that the laarb moo was a bit more dry than it should be, and the Gang Haeng Ley meat was also a bit too dry, cooked too long.
