I visited this café after reading the glowing reviews and ordered a honey ginger soda and a chicken pesto sandwich. Unfortunately, my experience fell short of what I had expected.
First, I was served a full English breakfast instead of the one I had ordered. After pointing this out, I repeated my request for guidance, but was then given a pulled pork sandwich instead of the chicken pesto. It took another correction and a long wait before the right sandwich finally arrived.
Even then, my drink was still missing, and I had to go up to the counter to remind them. After yet another wait, the soda was finally served.
Mistakes can happen in the service industry, but repeated errors on a single, simple order left me very disappointed—especially given the price and the cafe's reputation. For me, this reflected a lack of coordination among the staff, and I hope management can improve training and processes for...
Read moreVisited Danissa Bakery for breakfast today. The environment is quite pleasant and clean. The menu is varied, and the food quality is really quite good. My problem is with management. The lack of coordination and functional procedures is incredibly lacking.

Over-priced, under delivered. Left with two disappointed people wishing they weren't still hungry and hadn't spent so much, while needing to go somewhere else to actually have a decent lunch.
Staff is nice, location is chill, but the main reason to go - the food, is a complete disappointment. Not worth the trip,...
