GRAPH Coffee Baankangwat — Restaurant in Chiang Mai Province

Had the worst experience ever at Graph Coffee Baankangwat (other branches are way better). The cashier girl had no service mind at all. We lined up to order coffee and found the menu confusing, as we couldn’t even find the main coffee menu page. When we asked where to find it, we were told to go read the menu at our table—maybe because we were taking too long to order? After a few minutes of queuing, she still didn’t seem service-minded. She wasn’t willing to recommend anything or answer questions. Seems like only coffee experts are welcome to drink here, right? 😏

เป็นการมาร้าน Graph ที่ได้บริการแย่ที่สุดที่สาขาบ้านข้างวัด เทียบกับการไปสาขาอื่นๆ พนักงานแคชเชียร์ผู้หญิงไม่มี service mind ด้วยความที่คิวยาว จึงรีบไปต่อคิวเพื่อสั่งกาแฟ แต่พอถึงคิว หาหน้าเมนูกลางไม่เจอ (ลูกค้าก็ต้องอยากทราบว่ากาแฟแต่ละแก้วราคาเริ่มต้นเท่าไหร่) จึงถามว่าสั่งยังไง เมนูอยู่หน้าไหนนะคะ? แต่ได้รับคำตอบว่า “ลูกค้าเอาเมนูไปดูที่โต๊ะได้เลยค่ะ” หลังจากที่ลูกค้าต่อคิวมาแล้วจนถึงที่สั่งแล้ว? เราจึงยืนยันว่าจะสั่งตรงนี้ เพราะต่อคิวมาแล้ว พนักงานก็ไม่มีการแนะนำเมนูที่ดี ถามคำตอบคำ ถ้าลูกค้าไม่ถามเรื่องเมล็ดเอง ก็ไม่มีการบอกว่าเมล็ด default ของเมนูต่างๆคือตัวไหน สงสัยจะขายให้แต่คนรู้เรื่องกาแฟดี...

I’ve had one of the best coffee in Chiangmai here! They have an extensive menu of creative coffee drinks! The staff also knows very well about each drink and can make recommendation for you. The cheesecake was great too!
