No wonder they didn’t get Michelin for 2025. Honestly, it’s surprising they ever had it if previous meals were anything like this in terms of taste and quality. They really don’t know how to prepare beef properly—it was tough and filled with cartilage (those gristly parts you chew endlessly but can neither break down nor swallow). Out of the four dishes we ordered, the only decent one was the grilled pork, but even that had too little sauce. Speaking of sauce, we ordered both beef and pork, yet they only provided one shared sauce to dip both meats, when each type clearly deserves its own.

Duck had lots of sweetness and slight tang from the fruit and duck and tang from tomatoes. No ducky flavor so easier for all.
Crab was the best. Had very strong crabby flavor but was not fishy. Crab meat was nice and sweet and the color leaves. Need to order rice.
