LumLum Hanok Rajapruek Korean Restaurant — Restaurant in Chiang Mai Province

The food is good and the price is ok. But i'm not ok with the girl, which is working their. I am thai, i speak thai and i already spoke with her in thai. But when she came, she just ignored me many time and when she filled up my glass, she asked another people on the table i want to drink something or not. If you want to give me a drink, ask me, not another people. How you feel you go to eat and i ignore you and ask another people that you want to drink something or not. You should ask the person that you want to serve and not another person. I never saw something impolite like that and will never go there again. I will tell all my friends to ignore that restaurant. This is really impolite. If its my restaurant, i would kick out the staff like that....thanks for that experience. I pay expensive for the food and you ignore me like a trash....

Ignorant Staff kind of somewhat, many girls watching and standing around, care less of customers,The service is unfriendly, they stand in the back corner and laugh or are on their mobile phones and don't seem to know the menu. Had buffet with refill tea and had almost to beg to have the glass refilled, also the change of the grill plate not without discussions. At least the ice cream! I was told Strawberry with Raisins, got Green Tea, which i do not like. Complaint, got the Strawberry back, the girl just took the Green Tea off with rests of Green tea....Foreigners who come with girlfriends are ignored, as usual. I've known the restaurant for a few years and it's gotten worse.The meat in general has also seen better times..I'm sorry for the owner, but i am done...

We have been eating at LumLum over the last 16 years . first at their main branch at Meechok, and then for our second visit to this location, (it's not on our normal route.) Unknowns to me ,as I entered the premises,I must have dropped my wallet ;as 5 minutes later the manager/owner approached me to ask me is this was my wallet, it was found outside the front door. I was blown away . The honesty and the thoughtfulness of thai people cannot be understated. We went on to the buffet for 359bht (I think) per person , and it was a good as ever. Personally,I believe this was the best Korean restaurant of its kind in Chiang Mai and after my experience with the unknown lost wallet I am doubly insisting this is the case Thank you very much for a brilliant...
