When I went there last night, the restaurant's internal network was down and I couldn't scan the QR code to order. The staff was very patient and helped me place the order manually, and even took the children to the bathroom during the process. They were very kind and friendly, thank you very much. The products are quite abundant, the Korean pickled crabs and raw pickled shrimps are good, and overall the price/performance ratio is good. But there was something wrong with the bill in the end. The 299 set meal we ordered, for a child under six years old and under 120cm, the staff said it was half price. But when checking out, the receipt said 676 baht, plus taxes and fees, for a total of 724 baht. I didn't think much about it at the time, just paid the bill and left. I realized something was wrong when I got home. It should have been charged for two adults. It is not convenient to go back for a refund. I hope the restaurant can be more...

เป็นครั้งที่ 2 และจะเป็นครั้งสุดท้ายสำหรับร้านนี้ค่ะ (ขอโทษที่อาจจะพูดแรงไปนะคะ) เราชอบร้านนี้ตอนที่ไปกินสาขาสันกำแพง ถือว่านานมากแล้วค่ะ วันนี้มีโอกาสไปเดินเล่นที่โรบินสัน นึกได้ว่าเรียวตะมาเปิดสาขาในห้างนี้ เลยชวนแฟนไปทาน

อันดับแรกพนักงานบริการด้านหน้า(ผู้หญิง) ที่ประจำจุดแคชเชียร์ บริการดี แจ้งให้เราเลือกโต๊ะ

แฟนเราเลือกตรงที่ใกล้กับที่เขาออกอาหาร พนักงานเดินไปมา ไม่ผิดค่ะ แต่เสียตรงที่ไม่แน่ใจว่าคือไฟอะไรตรงประตูทางเข้าของพนักงาน เปิดๆปิดๆตลอด จนเสียอรรถรสในการกิน

พอนั่งโต๊ะ รอพนักงานมาอธิบายวิธีการสั่งอาหารประมาณ 1-2 นาทีได้ หลังจากพนักงานชายอธิบายเสร็จ เราก็ออเดอร์.... เราเองเคยกินที่เป็นสายพานครั้งแรก เรา 2 คนเลือกเป็น 199+ รีฟิล์น้ำ เนื่องจากแฟนไม่ทานเนื้อวัว

เลือกซุปเสร็จ ก็ไปเอาน้ำ รวมถึงการหยิบอาหารมาบางส่วนจากสายพานและซูชิเบค่อนชีสของโปรดและซูชิหน้าอื่นๆของทุกอย่างพร้อมลงหม้อ แต่ก็นั่งกินซูชิจนจะหมด หม้อชาบูถึงมาเสิร์ฟ เรานั่งรอประมาณ 2-3 นาที และเริ่มทาน

วันนี้ลูกค้าค่อนข้างเยอะค่ะ ก็เข้าใจได้ว่าทุกอย่างต้องใช้เวลา แต่ว่าอาหารที่สั่งไปได้ไม่ครบ ขาดไปหลายอย่างเลยค่ะ

เราไม่เคยทานแบบสายพานพอมีอะไรหมดเราก็เอาจานที่หมดใส่ในสายพาน เพราะคิดว่าพนักงานน่าจะเก็บ พอวางจานที่หมดสัก 3 ครั้งได้ พนักงานผู้ชายก็แจ้งว่าไม่ควรนำจานที่หมดไว้บนสายพานครับ เราและแฟนก็พยักหน้า และก็ยิ้มแบบรู้สึกผิด(เราเองที่ผิดที่ไม่เข้าใจหลักการ) และเราก็วางจานที่หมดเรียงกันอย่างดี ใช้เวลานานนะกว่าเขาจะมาเก็บ

พูดถึงอาหาร เราและแฟนชื่นชอบการทานชาบูและแน่นอนว่าไม่เคยผิดหวังกับรสชาติอาหารร้านไหนเท่าที่นี้มาก่อน น้ำจิ้มสำหรับเราถือเป็นหัวใจหลัก แต่ส่วนตัวไม่ชอบเนื่องจากติดหวานคล้ายกับน้ำจิ้มสุกี้สำเร็จรูป ไม่มีการปรุงรสเพิ่มเติมใดๆ หนวดปลาหมึกเหม็น ไข่ตุ๋นเย็น อาหารที่สั่งโดยการสแกน รอจนลืม รอจนเราอิ่มกว่าจะมา

อีกเรื่องหนึ่งพนักงานเดินอาหารชาย ทำใบออเดอร์อาหารปลิวตกมาที่ด้านล่างโต๊ะฝั่งแฟนเรา แฟนเราช่วยหยิบให้ แต่ไม่ได้ยินคำขอบคุณใดๆ และเดินผ่านเราอีกครั้ง ก็ทำใบออเดอร์ปลิวลงบนโต๊ะเราอีกครั้ง พร้อมกับทำหน้าซื้อไม่ได้สนใจอะไร ในกรณีที่มีอาหารอยู่เราพร้อมที่จะลุกทันที แต่โชคดีที่เราไม่มีอาหารใดๆแล้ว

ท่านไหนที่อยากพาแฟนทานชาบูบนห้างแนะนำร้านอื่นค่ะ แฟนเราเขาไม่ว่าไรหรอก แต่เราสิที่สงสารเขาเพราะเป็นร้านที่เราตั้งใจพามากิน

โดยรวม เฟร้นฟรายราดชีส น้ำชาเขียวมะลิ น้ำลิ้นจี่ และซูชิ ดีที่สุด และขอชมแค่พนักงานผู้หญิงด้านหน้าแค่ 1 ท่านค่ะ พูดจาดี และอธิบายดี
