The glass noodle shrimp appetizer was amazing, the cooked shrimp carpaccio tasted more like grilled cheese with Olive oil rather than shrimp carpaccio but if you like cheese, it is quite excellent and it goes well with the bread. Their menu is written on a whiteboard because the menu changes everyday depending on the chef, which I found to be a refreshing idea. The green curry was really good, make sure you request for it to be spicy because, why not? The chef, Mr. Ray came and greeted us, he was such a good sport when we asked him about the attractions in Mae Rim.
