We recently stayed at Four Seasons Chiang Mai .. and hv to share our amazing culinary adventure at KHAO .. every meal time left us w so many good memories .. we arrived close to dinner time .. the Southern (or was it northern) thai set menu was amazing .. the pomelo salad was brilliant .. had our 1st taste of the popular khao soy gai .. the diff types of rice served tog w the mains was mind blowing .. the dessert Yam Custard / Creme Brulee was very good .. we tried the classic menu set on our last nite .. it was just as good, if not better .. beef salad, papaya salad, pork rib soup, ... and so many more .. we were also spoilt for choice at breakfast every morning ..

Every dish was absolutely delicious and wonderfully spicy, and far exceeded the most (supposedly) authentic Thai restaurants in NYC. The Tom Sab Jin Gai soup was phenomenal, as was the Khao Soi Gai. Service was fabulous, drinks delicious (I cannot remember the name, but get the drink served in a coconut), and the setting is just stunning. Cannot wait to return...
