We recently stayed at Four Seasons Chiang Mai .. and hv to share our amazing culinary adventure at KHAO .. every meal time left us w so many good memories .. we arrived close to dinner time .. the Southern (or was it northern) thai set menu was amazing .. the pomelo salad was brilliant .. had our 1st taste of the popular khao soy gai .. the diff types of rice served tog w the mains was mind blowing .. the dessert Yam Custard / Creme Brulee was very good .. we tried the classic menu set on our last nite .. it was just as good, if not better .. beef salad, papaya salad, pork rib soup, ... and so many more .. we were also spoilt for choice at breakfast every morning .. I"m delighted to share the food pix here .. we had an amazing feast during our 4-day vacation at Four Seasons Chiang Mai ... i cannot wait to be bk to try even more of their thai culinary experiences ..

Sublime experience. This is not your standard upscale but forgettable hotel restaurant. Every dish was absolutely delicious and wonderfully spicy, and far exceeded the most (supposedly) authentic Thai restaurants in NYC. The Tom Sab Jin Gai soup was phenomenal, as was the Khao Soi Gai. Service was fabulous, drinks delicious (I cannot remember the name, but get the drink served in a coconut), and the setting is just stunning. Cannot wait to return and try more!

Thai & Breakfast restaurant inside Four Seasons Chiangmai offers authentic Thai food, Khao-Soi Chicken for Thais. Outdoor seating is really good for customers who prefer paddy rice field and pretty hot weather, inside in opposite is good for People who love air-con. Black sticky rice with longan, ice cream and coconut milk is a must to try.

I never review restaurants, but this time I had to. The culinary experience was sublime. Probably one of the best dinners I’ve had. We had the Thai set course, and every single dish served was absolutely delicious. The quantities should be mentioned too - one set is easily enough for two people. On top of that all - the service is magnificent, and the drinks are great too. This reads as if it’s a paid review - but it’s just an honest review of a...
