I was just wanted to drink a nice hot cup of drip coffee from far-away single origin bean but when arrived at the cafe, the cafe was more fascinated than I've d expected!
Actually, i followed to this place with another name called " Collingwood Roast" because i wanted to visit a coffee roaster but forget it.
I didn't understand why footwear weren't allowed indoor but I think that is how the cafe kept it real clean and hygienic for every customers, which is real awesome.
I end up having an espresso shot of Costa Rica and an Iced-Latte no sweet Tanzania bean because the other waitress mentioned they don't do drip coffee there; sight, it was a different respond on the phone-call said from a men, that drip coffee is available there. However, It was so good! wait.... it was way too good that I forgotten that I am allergic to "Condensed Milk" which I sipped it half of to glass incidentally.
So, the owner offered a new glass with no condensed milk! What a nice guy!
I'd definitely get back there again not because of only the coffee, the bagel menu are so persuasively telling me to go back to this place again because I had my breakfast just couple minutes before i reach this place. Couldn't fill my stomach anymore.

We had 2 bagels, 1 avo&egg, which was full of lettuce and veggies, but it lacked any flavor (like even salt&pepper). The other one was the same with bacon, with 0 lettuce or veggies, which was very disappointing.
It was also rather expensive for 450 thb for 2 bagels, an americano & a latte.
The surrounding is nice though, I would come back for the coffee, but...
