We visited Yamato yesterday and had the buffet for 599. Sadly, this was our third bad experience, and it will be our last.
The food quality was unacceptable:
Meat was cold, likely prepped in the morning, and not warmed properly.
Dumplings were overly greasy.
Salmon didn’t seem fresh, raising concerns about safety.
Squid felt like rubbery skin and was inedible.
The green seaweed, resembling small noodles, had a terrible smell and taste—my wife had to spit it out.
Both of us felt unwell afterward; I’ve had diarrhea since early this morning and feel like vomiting.
