During my time training, I tried several meal prep services, but EatWise stood out above the rest. Unlike other places, they took the time to sit down with me to discuss my goals, daily calorie needs, and meal preferences. They genuinely cared about helping me achieve my targets, customising everything to suit both my dietary needs and taste preferences. Each night, I'd receive a message with my meal plan for the following day, and they allowed me to adjust anything that didn’t align with my taste. Every meal was freshly cooked that day and delivered right to my chosen location (usually to the gym).
My energy levels were consistently on point. Never felt hungry or sluggish, and the food was consistently delicious, easily a 10/10.
The service and attention to detail exceeded my expectations.
I can’t recommend them highly enough.
Thanks...
Read moreBeen there a few times now and I like it a lot. There are many gf options, and a few that are both vegan and gf, which is what I need. Food is tasty, portions are good. It's not a fully vegan place, they also serve eggs. I only order V, GF dishes and I double-check it's vegan and gf every time. Unlike most places, VG means vegetarian and V means vegan on the menu. Staff is nice but they don't all give the same info, which is confusing. I would prefer a more detailed list of ingredients as I once ordered a dish with a list of ingredients I liked and it came with onions which weren't on the list and which I don't eat, so I need to remember to specify no onion when ordering, even if not on the list. Desserts are very good. Prices are reasonable...
Read moreBeware if you have dietary requirements: I've been to eatwise cafe several times (maybe 4/5 times). Most options are vegetarian, but I've asked if they can be made vegan and they've said no problem. However on my most recent visit they have informed me those options are vegetarian, not vegan and options which are near universally vegan such as falafel are actually only vegetarian! I'm quite sad about this as I don't want to eat dairy and it seems like I have done so now on several occasions at EatWise by mistake. It also means that there are far fewer vegan options available and communication with regards to dietary requirements is not reliable. It is a shame because each time I've been everyone I was with was impressed by the taste...
