Disappointing Reservation Experience I recently made a reservation through their website for a table at 18:30 on Valentine’s Day. The website confirmed its availability, and I received an email confirmation along with a reservation number. However, upon arriving at the restaurant on time, we were informed that despite the nearly empty dining area, they were overbooked. We were asked to wait until 20:00 without any genuine apology. The staff simply left us and went away. As a customer, this situation was highly disappointing. I hope they can improve their reservation management process. Had a wonderful dinner experience at Saffron in Banyan Tree, Phuket! The authentic Thai food was fabulous and definitely worth the price of their set-dinner menu.The portion sizes were just right and every dish was amazing. The fact that the restaurant is also kid-friendly is a bonus. Also, there's great entertainment in the lobby next to the restaurant added to the overall experience.Saffron not only offers delicious food but also a great ambiance and atmosphere.

We had a gorgeous meal here tonight. The food was amazing - we all enjoyed every course. Beautifully presented and tasted amazing. We have been in Phuket for 2 weeks and this is one of our favourite meals.

The service was outstanding from the whole team - Pla, Kwang, Nonny and Anas were all so lovely and attentive. They took care of us and were very good with our young children, who were both made to feel special.

The chef team were great too. I have an allergy and the chef personally came to speak to me about it.

The setting is good too - looking out over the lagoon with twinkling lights makes for a lovely atmosphere.
