Watercourt Banyan Tree Phuket is one of the best that I have ever had. The dining experience is truly sumptuous, with a wide selection of Asian and Western cuisine that caters to all tastes and preferences. The quality of the food is excellent, with fresh and locally sourced ingredients that are expertly prepared by the skilled chefs.

Tiffy and her team (Kol, Bus, Soda, Jeab, Pang, O, Chat, Bodang, Manus, Wut, Little) are incredibly attentive, friendly, and prompt in their service! We have loved eating breakfast here each morning and they’ve gotten to know our favorites, we don’t even have to order anymore (they always bring out champagne and strawberry juice for us now to make our strawberry mimosas)! The food is so fresh and the variety of choices means we’re never bored- from American cereals, to Sushi, to vegetarian Indian dishes, and of course a selection of Thai food it’s almost overwhelming, you’ll definitely need to come back...

We are now on our eighth day at the Banyan Tree and feel like home, except that we can completely unwind here.

Breakfast at Watercourt

When we start our day for breakfast by the lagoon, it is perfected by the entire team.

Especially Manus, Kol, O, Tiffy are so attentive that we don't have to say anything. They know our preferences and read our wishes directly from our eyes.

Starting the day here at the Harbour Site is "pretty awesome" and really tops any good service we have experienced at any Banyan Tree.
