Bikuta Sriracha @ Three Sides — Restaurant in Chon Buri Province

Bikuta Sriracha is the 2nd branch of Bikuta. The restaurant is owned by a Teppanyaki chef who worked at Conrad who left to found his own affordable Japanese restaurant chain.

Dropped here by chance and tried the Seafood Teppanyaki set (Seabass, Shrimp, Scallop) and some tempura ala carte. The overall quality of the dishes were a little more refined than comparable jointa in the area. However it seems the joint is like in its soft opening phase.

There were some hitches with the service in which the teppanyaki dippings were served long after the dishes were served, and the rice was not served. The service was trying their best.

Price is not considered cheap as the advertisement, but would be reasonable.

Had this pretty interesting fusion omakase meal at Bikuta recently. Even though it was a blend of Chinese and Japanese cuisine, it still felt more than just either alone. A very interesting and pleasureful blend. The ingredients used were top notch, and i could definitely taste the chefs' creativity, endeavour and innovativeness. Definitely must come for more culinary...

Bad food quality. Fish was not fresh at all. My friend had stomach pain right after this meal. Rice also wasn't cooked right. Everything tasted very strange. Definitely overpriced for what it is. We ordered soda for drinks, and the can was covered in dust. Very dirty, cmon at least clean the can before serving...
