Kuretakeso is a valid choice for those visiting Sriracha (Chonburi) in terms of value for money ( comparing with other options in similar category and nearby), location (near center of activities, big malls, food market) and room quality ( really clean and very spacious ). However the cons are there to make you think again if this is the option for you. First, dont go there in long weekend period in thailand as the number of staffs are limited and you will not get serviced in the quality of regular japanese hotel standard. Small cafeteria for breakfast and dinner is to small to take all hungry visitors at the same time. On top of that, due to short of staff and bad management, hotel does not set up a booking slots for breakfast or dinner which could allow them to well serve limited number of visitors with their limited capacity . Next with available facilities like onsen or manga / relax rooms, you will be disappointed with these rooms and might not be able to use them because it will be occupied all the times and the water temperature in the onsen is worse than water in the bathtub in your room. Then, there is a pub playing really loud music from early night to 1am of another day; thus, if you stay in the room locating in the front section of the hotel, you might not be able to sleep til 2 am of another day. Lastly, they have limited parking space, lots of cars in parking lot will be there through out the time of your stay so you might find yourselves struggle with finding parking spaces during your visit there. So in summary, this is solid budget hotel option for some but not for everyone. Think well before...

I stayed here for two nights and was initially assigned room 808. Upon entering, I noticed that the bathtub was dirty (refer to video). The black residue looked like the fibers that come off a mop when washed. I went to the lobby and requested a room change, and was moved to room 407.
First issue: The bedsheet was stained and had hair on it. I called reception, and the cleaning staff came to assist. She had to go through several "clean" bedsheets before finally finding one that appeared the most acceptable.
Second issue: That night, I used the bathtub, and yellow water came out of the tap (refer to video). I went down to reception to report the issue and mentioned the multiple problems we had encountered since check-in. The receptionist on duty explained that the first room had been cleared by the cleaning team for check-in. I pointed out that if that were the case, then it was an internal communication issue—guests see the hotel as one entity, not separate departments.
At that point, we were moved again, this time to room 408. This room was also dirty, with stains in the bathroom. The stains could be wiped off, meaning the hotel simply hadn't cleaned properly. By then, we were too exhausted to complain further and just decided to tolerate it.
All of this happened on the first night.
Service needs improvement, both at the reception (no finger-pointing) and overall, as there was no follow-up from the hotel.
