Tsukemen Jo — Restaurant in Chon Buri Province

One of if not the only store in Sriracha that serves 豚骨魚介つけ麺. Their broth is so thick, rich, and flavourful with the fragrance of katsuobushi kicking it up an insane notch. Their noodles are thick and satisfying to slurp; the texture is nice and chewy so you can savour their delicious dipping broth more. Garlic is provided at the table, with a garlic press of course. I recommend adding as many as necessary, since it'll make your dining experience much more complete.

Talking about their components. Their chashu is tender, though it was not flavourful. Same goes to their ajitama (ramen eggs) it wasn't seasoned aggressively. This is a clever decision by them though, as the broth is so flavourful on its own you'd want the chashu and the egg to take on its flavour without all the components being too overpowering. After you're done with the noodles, ask them for some hot water to finish the broth. Their water has a slight scent of katsuobushi which paired nicely with the remaining broth.

You won't find many Thais here, mostly Japanese. But the staff here are attentive...

Tsukemen Jo is located near Robinson shopping mall. This is the place to have delicious Tsukemen(thick ramen dipping into hot, thick savory soup)

I ordered Tsukemen size L (275baht) The size is huge!!

Soup is hot, and thick pork&bonito broth, very umami with salty sweet taste.

You can add garlics later to add some spicy garlicky taste while eating. Ramen came in Big&Thick a bit chewy, which pair well with the soup..

Roast Pork(?) is better than before well seasoned. Eggs are well...

I was surprise how good the taukemen in Thailand can be this good. Probably on par with the best one I had tried in Tokyo.

The noodle had a good bounciness and thickness. The soup is thick and not too salty. Chashu was also very tasty.

Restaurant is quite small but well organized and the staff can speak Japanese (as expected from the amount of Japanese population in town)

The street parking spot is quite difficult to find. Alternatively you can park at the Pacific mall...
