Stir fried shrimp with cabbage: The shrimp was plump . The freshness and texture pops in your mouth. The cabbage was crisp and precisely seasoned.
Marinated pork with scrambled runny eggs: Ohhhhhhhhhh My Goodness !!!!!!! This dish had a Hong Kong flare. The pork was melt in your mouth tender. Topped with a runny fluffy scramble egg, this dish is worthy of a Michelin Star. The rice was a bit over cooked and on the mushy side, but it has character and it goes very well.
The side of chili and fish sauce was perfect. Not overly salty and spicy.
Overall, it was a amazing culinary experience.
Best time is before 10:30 am.
