Great Chinese dining.

Been looking for a good Chinese restaurant in Bangkok, in the Sathorn area for awhile. Glad Rongsri opened its new branch in the Nanglinchee area.

One would have to appreciate the details that went into the decor and concepts of blending the eastern vibes to modern classics, including a full bar.

The menu is impressive and quite comprehensive from fowls to seafood to fresh veggies, soups, curries, braised, steamed and fried… enticing hunger and feasts to the eyes.

Food taste wholesome and presentation is great, portions are small to medium which caters more towards casual paced dining, Price is what you’ll pay for quality, ambiance and value.

(Note to management: thank you for setting us in the private dining room upstairs, only one pointer is that the waiters, waitresses rarely came up to check if we were ok, although you had the buzzer button in the room… wished they checked on us periodically… perhaps this could improve...

We are very lucky to have found this place by chance. Nice modern Thai/Chinese restaurant in Sathorn. Really nice and stylish deco with nice courtyard with outdoor dining area.

The menu is REALLY extensive with good selection of drinks and dessert, all explained with a photo and english. Price is quite high but I’d say you pay for the atmosphere, setting of the restaurant and quality, so I didn’t mind much. The food…. All we ordered were really really good! Very tasty and fresh. My favorite was spicy salmon salad but tofu with white chive and crispy pork belly was also nice. Hoy Jor was one of the best that I tried so far- loved chunky fresh crab meat in it.
