Food is usually tasty, but not always well cooked or prepared (undercooked pasta for example). The main problem, though, is ther service provided by staff. Or rather, the lack of it. They are often rude, lack expertise, and even refuse to fix mistakes that are theirs. For example, GetFresh has combo specials, and last time they billed us all items separately, and then refused to fix their mistake, imposing additional costs to us. We've given them multiple opportunities to show the problems were exceptions, but every time we went there, there was a problem. So, we've decided to no longer visit that store....

Despite explicitly informing the waiter of my intention to use a coupon, I was informed upon receiving the bill that it could not be applied to the set menu and that I should have mentioned it earlier. This suggests a glaring lack of communication and professionalism. It's not the monetary value in question but the sheer incompetence in handling a straightforward request. Disappointing.
