Very good idea when you can have 3 in 1 concept. 1st, to sell the coffee machine and ingrident. 2nd, to have a Cafe for customers and lastly, those barista are trainees where they learn how to make coffee using Nes cafe machine. I must say their coffee taste good and very reasonable price too. Will be back!

I ordered, i paid in advance and received nothing. I got even a wrong track and trace number. Now 3 days busy with that. I call them, i call dhl, i call lazada and does Boncafe help? No, off course not. First order, first time pay in advance accordingly policy Boncafe, and now busy getting back money for the first time. Beware companies...

Very horrible services. I had wait for around half an hour just for 2 drinks (iced coffee and frappe). Those who come later got 4 glasses of iced americano and 2 iced matcha lattes before me just because I ordered a frappe. When I got my own ones, the iced coffee was already melted. Such a very unpleasant services....
